The Challenge
ProServices Hub is a professional consulting service run by a solo founder. All appointments were booked via WhatsApp. Clients paid cash on the day. There was no system, no confirmations, and frequent no-shows with zero accountability.
What We Built
RunorTech built a booking platform where clients select a service, choose a time slot, pay upfront via Paystack, and receive an automatic confirmation. The founder gets an email and sees all upcoming bookings on a dashboard.
The Outcome
100% of bookings now happen online. No-shows dropped by 80% because clients pay in advance. Monthly revenue grew from irregular cash payments to a consistent ₦450k/month. The founder now spends zero time on appointment admin.
