The Challenge

FreshMart had been operating as a physical-only grocery store in Surulere, Lagos for 4 years. The owner knew she needed to go online but had no budget for a developer, no tech knowledge, and had already been quoted ₦350,000 by two other agencies — upfront.

What We Built

RunorTech proposed the Starter plan: build the full store at ₦0 upfront, earn 2% on every transaction. We delivered a Next.js e-commerce platform with product catalogue, cart, Paystack checkout, order management, and a simple admin dashboard — in 18 days.

The Outcome

Within 30 days of launch, FreshMart was processing 150+ orders per month. By day 60, monthly GMV hit ₦2.1M. RunorTech earned ₦42,000 that month — FreshMart kept ₦2,058,000. The business owner has since hired two delivery staff.
